＜原著＞スギ・ヒノキ花粉飛散予測
1995年甲府盆地において

抄 録：スギ・ヒノキ花粉の飛散予測は，花粉症の予防と治療の面からきわめて重要なことと考えられる。我々は，過去10年間にわたり山梨県甲府盆地のスギ・ヒノキ花粉の飛散数を測定し，その年の花粉飛散と前年の7月と8月，およびその年の1月の気象データとの関連を検討した。そして，1995年春におけるスギ・ヒノキ花粉の飛散予測を行った。花粉飛散総数は，前年の7月中旬から8月上旬までの平均気温，最高気温の平均，最低気温の平均のデータに最も高い相関（各々 r=0.83，r=0.82，r=0.86）が認められた。その結果，飛散総数はおよそ5,000から6,000個/cuであると予測された。花粉飛散開始日に関しては，花粉飛散開始までの積算日数と，1月上旬から中旬，および下旬までの平均気温の積和と最高気温の積和を重回帰分析することによって，各々 R=-0.73，R=-0.83という重相関係数が得られた。したがって，1995年1月下旬までのデータを用いると，飛散開始日は2月15日頃と推測された。また，花粉飛散総数と日最高花粉飛散数との間にはきわめて高い相関（r=0.94）を認め，本年の日最高花粉飛散数は1,O00個/cu/日を越えるものと思われた。以上の結果より，1995年春はスギ・ヒノキ花粉の大飛散とそれに伴う多数の花粉症患者が発生するものと推測された。

Prediction of Japanese Cedar and Cypress Pollen-Dispersion

We have been measuring the amounts of Japanese cedar and cypress pollen in Kofu Basin (Yamanashi Prefecture) every Spring since 1985, and have determined the total count of dispersed-pollen and the beginning and maximum of pollen-dispersion every year. We retrospectively examined the relationship between Japanese cedar and cypress pollen-dispersion and meteorological factors, and estimated total count of dispersed-pollen in 1995 from the meteorological factors during the period from July to August in 1994, using single regression analysis. The total count was estimated to be about 5,000-6,000 pieces/cu. By assessing each summation of mean and maximum temperatures during January and the predicted total count of pollen-dispersion, we predicted the beginning and maximum of pollen-dispersion to be February 15th and more than 1,00O pieces/cu/day, respectively. These findings indicate that a large number of pollen would be abundant in the atmosphere and that many patients with pollinosis will be suffering from allergic symptoms in the spring of 1995.
