大腿部筋内粘液腫の1 例；本邦報告例の文献的考察を加えて

要 旨：筋肉内粘液腫は比較的稀な良性軟部腫瘍であるが，ときに悪性腫瘍との鑑別が困難な場合がある。しかし本疾患はMRI で境界明瞭，T1 強調像で骨格筋よりも低信号，T2 強調像で脂肪よりも高信号を呈し，内部構造が均一な特徴的な所見を示す。今回の症例の大腿部に発生した筋肉内粘液腫も同様な所見であり，MRI は診断に有用である。

Intramuscular Myxoma of Thigh.A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Intramuscular myxoma is a relatively rare benign tumor. However, difficulty in differentiating this lesion from malignant tumor is sometimes encountered. On MRI, this lesion shows characteristic findings of a clear border, lower intensity than skeletal muscle on T1-weighted images and higher intensity than fat on T2-weighted images, as wellas a homogeneous internal structure. In our present case, an intramuscular myxoma in the thigh showed the same findings. MRI is useful modality for diagnosing of this tumor.
