＜症例報告＞
第5腰椎および仙骨全摘術を行った仙骨骨巨細胞腫の1例

要　旨：症例は39 歳，女性で，当科受診の約2 ヵ月前から，両殿部から下腿後面への疼痛およびしびれ感が出現した。近医を受診し，MRI で仙骨腫瘍が疑われ，当科を紹介受診した。画像所見から悪性骨腫瘍を疑って生検を行なった。その病理組織学所見では悪性骨腫瘍と診断されたため，化学療法を行なうが効果ないため，第5 腰椎・仙骨全摘術後に2 期的に再建術を行った。手術時間は両手術で14 時間30 分，総出血量は4,500 g であった。摘出した仙骨骨腫瘍の病理組織所見は骨巨細胞腫であった。術後3 年の現在，再発はなく杖なしでの歩行は可能である。

A Giant Tumor of Bone of Sacrum and Fifth Vertebra; A Case

Abstract: Total sacral resection including subsequent reconstruction may be one of the difficult surgical procedures. We reported our surgical procedure of En block resection with wide surgical margin and reconstructive strategy. For obtaining successful results, it is essential to avoid the postoperative infection and achieve good stability. We recommend two staged operation for huge tumor located on sacral region.
