＜原著＞一側性感音難聴の統計的観察

抄　録：昭和58年10月，山梨医科大学附属病院開院以来，昭和62年10月までの4年1ケ月間に，耳鼻咽喉科外来において，一側性感音難聴例に関し，統計的観察をおこない以下の結果をえた。
1) 聴力検査施行2592例中，一側性感音難聴は，274例（男性135例，女性139例）であった。
2) 発症年齢の推定では，0〜9歳が，64例(23.4%)，50〜59歳54例(19.7%)，30〜39歳43例(15.7%)の順であった。
3) 274例中，90dB以上の高度難聴が，112例(40.9%)，60〜90dBの中等度難聴96例(35.0%)，の順であった。
4) 疾患別頻度では，原因不明が，113例(41.2%)，突発性難聴67例(24.5%)，メニエール病30例(10.9%)，ムンプスによる難聴16例(5.8%)の順であった。
5) 聴力型では，聾型が，84例(30.7%)，水平型63例(23.0%)，高音漸傾型50例(18.2%)，低音障害型32例(11.7%)の順であった。
　一側性感音難聴は，他側との関連もあり，今後長期にわたる経過観察が必要と思われた。

A Clinical Survey of Unilateral Sensori-neural Hearing Loss

A clinical survey of unilateral sensori-neural hearing loss was performed among 2,592 patients who has been seen in our out-paticnt clinic between October, 1983 and October, 1987.
The number of the patients who developed unilateral sensori-neural hearing loss was 274 (135 males and 139 females).
Hearing loss originated with 64 patienB (23.4%) under 9-years of age. Unilateral sensori-neural hearing loss excessed 90 dB was found in 112 patients (40.9%).
The incidence of unilateral sensori-neural hearing loss was sudden deafness in 67 cases (24.5%), Meniere's disease in 30 cases (10.9%), and mumps in 16 cases (5.8%).
Audiometric analysis revealed complete deafness in 84 cases (30.7%), flat audiometric pattern hearing loss in 63 cases (23.0%), high frequency hearing loss in 50 cases (18.2%), and low frequency hearing loss in 32 cases (11.7%).
