興味ある画像所見を示した小型肺癌のCTと病理像の対比
−99'山梨早期肺癌セミナー報告−

要旨
　興味ある画像所見を示した2例肺腺癌の画像所見につき病理像と比較し報告する。1例ではCT上辺縁が直線的な辺縁を有し、病理上は小葉間隔壁により癌の進展が阻まれた像を示していた。2例目では牽引性気管支拡張が見られた。今回の症例のような、細気管支肺胞上皮癌においては小葉間隔壁を越えない、牽引性気管支拡張等の非肺癌の浸潤影でよく見るような画像所見を示す可能性があり注意が必要である。

Pathologic-radiologic correlation of two cases of small
lung adenocarcinoma with remarkable imaging features

We report CT findings of two cases of small lung adenocarcinoma, which revealed remarkable imaging feqtures, in correlation with pathologic specimen. One case showed a linear margin on CT, consistent with an interlobular septum, by which the extension of the tumor was blocked. The other case showed traction bronchiectasis, probably due to desmoplastic infiltrative growth of the tumor. It should be noted that early bronchioloalveolar cell carcinoma may assume such imgaging findings as frequently seen in non-neoplastic infiltrates.
