山梨県における山梨医科大学附属病院の利用状況
―医療圏毎の分析から―

　我々は、地域住民の山梨医科大学医学部附属病院（以下「附属病院」と略す）利用状況を「患者調査」を通して解析した。附属病院の利用患者を医療圏毎に分析した結果、３つのグループに分けることができた。グループI：日常の疾患に対応する地域の病院として、周辺部の人々から利用されている医療圏グループ。附属病院を利用する人数ではこれらの人々が最多である。グループII：患者数では少ないが地元の病院では対応できない疾患のために、高度で専門的な医療を求めて来院する人々のグループ。グループIII：患者実数では多くないが、地域における受療比率は高く、その地域から附属病院が頼りにされている医療圏グループ。この地域の人々が求めている医療は、日常の疾患に対応することと慢性疾患のケアを行うことである。

Utilization of the Yamanashi Medical University Hospital in Yamanashi Prefecture - Analysis by Medical Field -

Using a patient survey, we analyzed utilization of the Yamanashi Medical University' Hospital by residents of Yamanashi prefecture. The results of field-stratified analysis disclosed three groups of patients who utilize the hospital. Group I consists of patients residing in the neighborhood of the hospital and who use it as a regional medical facility to seek examination for commonly occurring disorders. This group consists of the largest patient population utilizing the hospital. Group II comprises a small patient population seeking highly specialized treatment that can not be provided at their local hospital. Group III consists of a fairly' small group of patients using the hospital as a local center to receive treatment for disorders occurring with a high incidence in the region. These findings show that the residents of the region are using the hospital for the treatment of commonly occurring disorders and for the provision of care for chronic diseases.
