小児看護学における学生の実習状況
―病棟実習を中心に―

　小児看護学における学生の実習状況を把握することを目的として，実習の目的・目標に基づいて作成した「実習評価表」および実習終了後に学生自身が体験した実習内容に対する「満足度」を分析した。その結果，実習期間が極めて短い中で，実習目標の到達状況は高水準を示し，これに対応して実習上の満足度も高かった。

A Study on Students・Learning on Nursing Training of Pediatric
- Focus on Nursing Training at a Pediatric Ward -

The purpose of this study was to assess the conditions of students trained for pediatric nursing by the analysis of "The evaluation list of nursing training", that was based on the goals of nursing training and the "satisfaction" of nursing training. The results showed nursing training reached the high level and students found great satisfaction in nursing training, in quite a short term.
