地域看護学実習の成果

　本研究は，講義で示した地域看護学の理論を検証し，再構築することを目的として行った地域看護学実習の成果を分析し，今後の地域看護学教育に役立てることを目的とした。地域看護学実習終了者５８名の実習直後に課したレポートより「学び」と判断した短文を抽出し，内容を分類したところ，１３項目に大別された。これらから，学生は，(1)対象の理解(2)地域看護の方法・技術(3)ヘルスケア資源と支援チームに関することを学んでおり，地域看護学の理論を検証しているといえる。また，実習では，専門職の資質について学んでいることが確認された。一方で，保健婦活動の基盤となる受け持ち地区の理解や対象の生活を整える過程への援助などについては，今後の教育方法について検討することが必要と考えられた。

Effects of Community Health Nursing Practice

The purpose of this study was to clarify the students' understanding concerning the theory of community health nursing by analyzing their58 practice reports.
We set up the practice at local authorities, health centers, public elementary and junior high schools.
From students' reports, 70 descriptions were found to be as learning concerning the community health nursing and were classified into 13 categories. These categories signified the theory of community health nursing as follows.
1) Understanding of clients
2) Methods and skills of community health nursing
3) Development of health care resources and promoting health care support team
In addition, students learned about nurses' professional ability.
