訪問援助の過程に関する研究

　筆者の行った２事例の家庭訪問援助をもとに，把握した情報，援助行為とその意図より，その過程の特徴を検討した。把握した情報は，事実や現状のみでなく対象の気持ちや考えを含み，また対象の家族や対象にかかわる他職種の考え・判断におよんでいた。
　また援助行為の意図は１１に分類された。「事実や現状を聞き対象の状況を理解する」意図を持ち対象とかかわりながら援助を行い，その結果「対象自身の考えや希望，意思を明確にさせる」意図を持ったかかわりへと援助が進展していた。さらに，対象自身が選択した生活や決定したことを支援するため，対象の今後の「希望や意思を確かめる」，「対象自身が問題解決のために他者へ働きかけることを促す」という意図で援助を行っていた。援助の過程は，対象自らが意思決定をし，療養生活を整えていくことを支える過程であった。

A Study of the Process of Home Health Nursing

The purpose of this study was to clarify the nature of the process of home health nursing by focusing on gained information, nurse's activities and its intentions. The author visited 2 cases, 6 times each.
The nurse gained information not only about the clients' situations but also their feelings,thoughts,wishes and mind. Further, information including about their family and participants in their care.
The nurse's activities were classified into 11 categories by intentions. The development of these intentions was as follows.
1) Understand the client's situations by knowing the facts and present conditions.
2) Make the client's thoughts, wishes or mind clear.
3) Encourage clients to make sure their wishes or mind in future to support them. And if necessary,encourage the clients to work on formal or informal resources by themselves for better situations.
In this process, the nurse taught medical knowledge, gave information and told nurse's judgment/or thought to clients. The intentions of those activities were to have client judge/or act adequately and to facilitate the client to utilize formal or informal support effectively.
It was suggested that the process of home health nursing was to support clients in making decisions about their daily life and arranging it or solving problems by themselves.
