学校保健と地域保健との連携の現状と諸問題

　本研究は、山梨県における学校保健と地位保健との連携の現状と諸問題を把握することを目的とした。山梨県内の用語教諭７２名，保健婦５８名を対象に，質問紙法による調査を行い，さらに，数例の事例検討を行った。本研究の結果は以下のように要約される。
１．連携の現状は、学校保健側は６５．３％，地域保健側は９３．１％であった。連携している割合は小・中学校に比べて，高等学校で顕著に低かった。連携の頻度は年に１・２回，内容は予防接種が最も多くみられた。
２．養護教諭・保健婦共に９３．１％が，学校保健と地域保健との連携の必要性を認識していた。しかしそろ理由は多様であり、連携の必要性は様々に解釈されていることが明らかになった。さらに養護教諭の７２．２％，保健婦の５３．５％が，現在の連携に対して，「十分だと思わない」と回答していた。
３．連携に関する問題点として，連携の必要性を認識していない学校保健及び地域保健の関係者が存在していることがあげられた。

Present Status and Problems of Cooperation between School Health and Community Health

　To clarify the present status and problems of the cooperation between school health and community health, we carried out a questionnaire survey to 72 school nurses and 58 public health nurses in Yamanashi Prefecture and also evaluated some cases.　The following results were obtained.
　1. Cooperation between school and community health was observed; 65.3% on the school health side and 93.1% on the community health side.　The percentage of cooperation in the high school was very low compared with the primary schools and the junior high schools.
　2. Thouogh 93.1% of the school nurses and the public health nurses were aware fo the necessity for the cooperation between school health and community health, 72.2% of the school nurses and 53.3% of the public health nurses considered the present status of cooperation to be inadequate.
　3. A major problem of cooperation was that not all persons concerned with school helth and community health such as the board of education and school principals are aware of the necessity for cooperation.
