０から３歳頃までの双胎児のいる母親の育児支援の課題に関する検討
―単胎児との比較―

　単胎児との比較において双胎児をもつ母親の育児上の特性や支援課題を明らかにすることを目的として，双胎児の母親９１名と単胎児の母親６６名を対象として質問紙調査法を用いて検討を行った。その結果，育児負担状況は双胎児群の方がかなり強く，２０項目中１４項目に有意差を認めた。特に双胎児の対応に関する育児上の教育プログラムの開発や母親自身の生活面や健康面を配慮できるための育児支援のシステム化や社会資源の充実化を図ることが課題として明らかになった。

Support for Mothers of Twins between Newborn and around Three Years Old
―Comparison with Mothers with An infant―

　The purpose of the present study is to clarify child care characteristics of mothers of twins and problems of their support system by conducting a questionaire to 91 mothers of twins (Group A) in comparison with those with an infant (Group B).
　The results showed that Group A felt a much heavier burden than Group B.　There were significant differences in responses to 14 out of 20 questions.　The study clarifies several subjects, particularly, (1)developing educational programs for twins, (2)establishing a social support system that takes the mother's health into consideration, and (3)providing more social support resources.
