看護学生の体験したセクシャルハラスメントと精神的な影響

　この研究の目的は，看護学生が体験するセクシャルハラスメントの現状を明らかにすることである。研究対象は，看護専門実習の終了した４年次学生５８名に対して，アンケート調査を行った。アンケートの内容は，セクシャルハラスメントの考えと体験についてであった。セクシャルハラスメントの体験は，全体の２２％であった。一般学生と比較すると，看護学生の体験はやや高い数値であった。対処方法は，一般学生と比較して消極的な対処方法が多かった。

Sexual Harassment of Nursing Students

　The purpose of this research is to investigate the reality of the sexual harassment which the nursing student experiences.　The research subject were 58 nursing students who ended the nursing practice at four annuals.　I questioned the nursing students about the experience and the behavior of sexual harassment.(Collection rate 66%.)
　22 percent of the students experienced sexual harassment.
　Sexual harassment includes bodily contact, and a sexual joke, etc.　Their typical to sexual harassment were "Disregarded", and "Refuse".
