臨床看護婦の葛藤場面に対する認識の特徴

　本研究の目的は，臨床看護婦の葛藤場面に対する認識の特徴を明らかにすることである。方法は，Ｙ大学病院病棟看護婦６０名（精神科看護婦１３名，外科看護婦１９名，内科看護婦２８名）を対象に，調査用紙にはMST（Moral Sensitivity Test, Lutzen．１９９４）を用いて，無記名式の調査を行った。統計処理は，看護婦の所属病棟（精神科，外科，内科），看護婦の経験年数（４年未満群と４年以上群とに分類）によるMSTの差を，Mann-WhitneyのＵ検定を用いて分析した。調査の結果，臨床看護婦の道徳的な感性は，看護婦自身の看護に対する認識，患者の安全を守ること，患者の意思を尊重することについて，所属病棟により違いがみられた。そして，経験の積み重ねは，患者自身の意思決定を大切にする認識を高めていた。また，看護婦は，自分自身が人的サポートを得ることも大切で，それが自己の道徳的感性に影響を及ぼしていることも特徴的であった。

Differences of Moral Sensitivity in Clinical Nurses

　The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of moral sensitivity in clinical nurses.　The subjects of this study were 60 nurses, (including 13 nurses belonging to the psychiatric ward,19 nurses belonging to the surgical ward and 28 nurses belonging to medical ward), in Y university hospital.
　The moral sensitivity test (MST, Lutzen, 1994) by the 6-step Likert scale was used.　MST was composed of 35 items and 6 categories.
　The results indicate that moral sensitivity in clinical nurses were different according to their ward and length of experience.And the nurses's trategies of supporting patients were different according to their ward and lergth of experience.　Moreover, it was characteristic that the nurses' moral sensitivity were enriched by human support.
