山梨県の老人保健施設の実態と看護管理者の認識

　地域ケアにおける老人保健施設の看護の機能を追究する基礎的データを得る目的で，山梨県内全１９ の平成１０年４月１日現在の施設報告と看護管理者に対する面接調査から老人保健施設の施設，利用者，看護管理者の看護活動の実態と認識を調べた。
　その結果，設置主体は自治体４施設，医療法人１２施設，社会福祉法人３施設だった。総定員は１７５４人（男３０９人，女９７９人）で，入所者の平均年齢は８４ ．２歳だった。看護管理者が行っている看護活動は�@入所者の健康管理�A医療の管理�B家族への援助�C介護職との協働�D退所に向けた援助�E他職種との連携に分類された。また，看護職の役割として�@入所者の健康管理�A介護職の教育があげられた。山梨県の老人保健施設の中には，在宅を支援する機能を持つ施設や家族介護の補完的機能を持つ施設があることを
確認した。

The State of Aging Health Facility and The Recognition of Nurse Administrator

　The purpose of this present study is to survey the present situation of Aging Health Facility (AHF) and nursing practices in AHF.　The data obtained through annual report of 19 AHFs in Yamanashi Prefecture which were submitted to the municipal government, and interview with the nurse administrators indicate that 4 AHFs are managed by communities, 12 by medical corporations, 3 by welfare corporations.　The total number of people staying at the facilities is 1754 and their average age is 84.4 (men: 82.9, women: 84.7).
　Nursing practices were classified into 6 categories; �@health care �Amanagement of medical treatment �Bcollaboration with careworkers �Cfamily support �Dsupport for discharge �Eintersectional collaboration.
　Most administrators agree that nurse's main tasks are to take responsibility for health care and to train careworkers.
　Each facility provides various management service according to the physical conditions of the elderly people and the problemes of caregiving families.　Some facilities provide services for elderly people to stay at home,some function as alternate homes for the elderly.
