基礎看護実習前の看護学生の自我状態についての考察
―大学生と短期大学生のエゴグラム調査の比較から―

基礎看護実習を控えた本学看護学科2年次生に,自我状態を知る目的でエゴグラムによる調査を行った。各項目(CP;Critical Parent,NP;Nurturing Parent,A;Adult,FC;Free Child,AC;Adapted Child )の平均値を同時期のK短期大学看護学生のエゴグラムと比較し学生の心的傾向を考察した。両大学生とも看護婦に必要とされる,思いやりを示すNPが一番高く,健康なタイプであった。比較では大学生の方がAが高く,科学的思考や総合判断ができる傾向にあった。短大生はFCが高く,感情や自由な自己表現が豊かであると判断された。また,両者ともACが高いという結果から,他者に迎合しやすい,積極的な対人関係を築けないという現代の若者の特徴が伺えた。各項目について値が過少である場合についても考察し,基礎実習における教員の役割についての示唆を得た。

A consideration about the Ego-State of the nursing student before Basic Nursing Practice,
− From a comparison of EGOGRAM data between University students and Junior college students −

A study by EGOGRAM was done with the purpose of knowing investigating the ego- state of second- year students of our university about to take part in foundation nursing practice.
The mean levels of each item (CP:Critical Parent, NP:Nurturing Parent, A:Adult, FC:Free Child, AC:Adapted Child) were compared with egograms of nursing students of K Junior College,which were taken during the same period, and mental tendencies of the students were discussed. Both students showed the highest NP indicating sympathy which nurses need, and the result indicates that they are healthy type.T he comparison revealed that the university students had higher A and tended to be able to conduct scientific thinking and integrated judgment.
The college students had a higher FC and were evaluated to express their emotion and self freely. The results that both students had higher ACs indicate that they ingratiate themselves with other persons easily and they cannot build active human relation, which are characteristics of modern young persons. Cases that the level in each item was too small was discussed, and a suggestion of teachers' roles at basic training was obtained.
