不妊治療中の女性に及ぼすストレス因子の分析

　生殖医療の進歩は不妊女性にとって福音をもたらしたが，妊娠できるか否かのグレイゾーンの中で焦燥感を感じるなどストレスフルな状況におかれることが推測できる。そこで，不妊治療中の女性に及ぼすストレス因子を明らかにすることを目的に調査を行った。不妊治療中の女性85名に対してMASによる顕在性不安尺度と自作のアンケートを行ったところ，85名全員の回答を得た。その内，有効な回答は77名（91％）であった。その結果，本人自身のストレス因子は「不妊は残念」「妊娠できるか不安」など自己の妊孕力に関する内容が主であった。治療経過中に妊娠できないことに対する焦燥感，生殖能力の喪失からくる母性機能の劣等感なども因子となっていた。夫との関係では「夫の愛情を失う」「夫のため妊娠したい」などの回答が多く，夫の期待や夫との愛情の亀裂に対する懸念が圧力となり，ストレス因子になっていた。また，両親など家族からの期待に答えられない重圧感が因子になっていることも明らかになった。

Analysis of Stress Factors on Infertile Women under Medical Treatment

Infertile women under medical treatment are thought to be in a stressful condition by feeling much anxiety over successful of conception.
This study tried to elucidate what factors cause stress on infertile women under treatment. Two kinds of questionnaires were used my own and the MAS's anxiety measures. The were addressed to 85 infertile women under treatment.Satisfactory answers were collected from 77 women (90%). As a result, it was found that main stress factors originate from anxiety with regards to their fertility such as "feeling sorrow for infertility" and "anxiety for success of conception". A sense of urgency originating from unsuccess ful conception and a sense of inferiority on maternity originating from loss of repruductive ability also constitute also other stress factors. As to relation with their husbands, they frequently expressed such answers as "anxiety over loss of husband's love" and "desire of conception for husband". This suggests that such factors as expectation of the husband and anxiety over loss of love from husbands cause stress.Expectations of their family or parents also clearly cause stress.
