精神保健ボランティアの精神障害者に対する態度

　精神保健ボランティアを対象に，精神保健ボランティアに対する考えと精神障害者に対する態度を明らかにすることを目的として調査を行った。A地域において1994年より作業所，授産所などで，ボランティア活動が行われている。今回の調査の結果，精神保健ボランティアは，そのボランティア活動を通して掛け橋的，啓発的役割を果たしていた。精神障害者に対する態度は，精神保健ボランティア講座やボランティア活動そのものを通して非好意的から好意的にと変化していることがわかった。

Attitudes of mental health volunteers towards psychotic
and mentally disturbed people

The purpose of this study was to examine attitudes of the mental health volunteers towards psychotic and mentally disturbed people.
The volunteer activity has been done in the work place etc. at A aria since 1994.
The subjects of this study wear 60 persons.
We investigated the attitude towards psychotic and mentally disturbed people and the volunteer activity.
Acting the volunteer was 25 persons now.They were feeling that the volunteer activity was sibnificant and happy.
Their attitude had changed in goodwill through the volunteer activity.
