母性看護学実習における学生の不安と
自己受容性に関する研究

　母性看護学実習前後において，学生の抱いている不安と自己受容性との関係及びそれらの変化を明らかにすることにより，今後の学習指導の指針とすることを目的に，Spielberger のSTAI と宮沢のSAI の2種類の質問紙を用いて調査を実施した。その結果，STAI の状態不安についてのみ実習前後で有意差がみられた。また，STAI とSAI の関係から，不安が高い場合には自己受容性が低いという傾向がみられた。自己受容性は実習前に比べて，実習後には徐々に高まりつつある状態を示す結果が得られた。

A study on anxiety and self - acceptance of students in the training of maternity nursing

The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between anxiety and self-acceptance of nursing students. The relationship was investigated before and after the training of maternity nursing by the STAI and SAI. The results showed: 1)There was a statistically significant difference only in the state anxiety. 2)In the case of students with a high STAI score, a low self-acceptance was exhibited. 3)The self-acceptance of students was developed after the training of maternity nursing rather than before.
