老人看護学実習におけるオムツ体験学習の学びの分析

　老人看護学実習において，排泄援助が必要な老人に対する身体的，心理的理解が深まることを期待して，実習にオムツ体験学習を組み込み実施した。オムツ体験学習の学びが実習の援助過程にどのように影響するのかを明らかにする目的で，学生25 名のレポートより分析し，検討した。その結果，オムツ体験学習での学びと実習での学びとで関連した内容のあった学生は14名で，その関係は５パターンに分類された。体験学習での学びと実習での学びとの関連は，オムツ体験学習の実施時期と実習での受持ちケースの特性に影響を受けること，及び体験学習での学びを援助過程に反映させるためには教員の意図的な介入が必要であることが示唆された。

The analysis of the learning by urinating experience using diaper in Gerontological nursing
practicum

For the students to understand the elderly people better, we have added the task in which the students experience urinating using diapers to the practicum program. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between learning by the experience urinating using diapers and learning by the practicum. I analyzed and examined the reports of 25 students.Students with the content, which was similar to learning by the experience and learning by the practicum,were the 14 persons, and it was able to classify the relationship between 2 kinds of learning into 5 patterns. Execution time of the experience and characteristics of charge resident in the practicum affected the relation of that learning. I got the suggestion that intentional intervention of the teacher was necessary so that care for resident may be made to reflect the learning of the experience.
