不妊治療後に妊娠した妊婦の不安，
自己受容性および対児感情に関する縦断的研究

要約　不妊治療後に妊娠した場合は，母親になっていく過程である妊娠中や出産後に，自然に妊娠した妊婦とは異なる心理・社会的問題が発生するといわれているが，実態は明らかではない。そこで＜不安が高まれば自己受容性が低下し対児感情も低下するであろう。不安が低く自己受容性が高まれば対児感情は高まるであろう＞という仮説を採択することによって，妊娠経過での不安と自己受容性及び対児感情との関係を明らかにすることにより，不妊治療後に妊娠した女性への援助を考える資料とすることを目的に調査をした。その結果：状態・特性不安はともに相関は強く，自己受容性４項目相互の相関もいずれも中程度から高い相関があることが分かった。不安と自己受容性4項目間には負の相関が認められ，不安が高いと自己受容性は低下し，不安が低いと自己受容性が高まることが分かった。対児感情である育児動機と接近感情は強い相関があり，妊娠進行に沿って高まることとが分かったが，不安や自己受容性との関係は弱いことが分かった。

A Longitudinal Study on Anxiety,
Self-acceptance and Image for Baby in Pregnant Women after Infertility Treatment

In pregnant women after inferti1ity treatment，it is thought that special psychological and social problems different from those of naturally pregnant women may develop during pregnancy and after delivery which are the process of development of motherhood.However，the actual states of those problems are still unclear.Therefore，on the hypothesis that (1)when anxiety increases，self-acceptance and image for baby decrease and (2)when anxiety decreases and self-acceptance increases image for baby increases，this study was undertaken to make clear changes in the relation between anxiety，self-acceptance and image for baby throughout the pregnancy in order to obtain data for assistance to pregnant women after infertility treatment.As a result，strong correlation was observed between state anxiety and trait anxiety which were high at early and late stages of pregnancy and significantly low at middle stage. Moderate or high correlation was observed between self-acceptance containing the following 4 items.Weak or moderate negative correlation was observed between anxiety and self-acceptance at early and late stages，but moderate or strong negative correlation at middle stage.Strong correlation was observed between approach feeling and motive for baby care of image for baby at all stages.They increased significantly with the progress of pregnancy，but image for baby showed no significant relation to anxiety and self-acceptance.
