臨床看護婦（士）の道徳的感性の特徴
−施設と経験年数による比較−

病名告知やインフォームドコンセントなど看護婦は臨床の場において，様々な葛藤場面に直面している。葛藤場面に気付き対処するためには，日頃から倫理的な感性を育てておくことが大切である。本研究の目的は臨床看護婦（士）が日々の業務の中で遭遇する葛藤場面での認知と対処の
特徴を明らかにすることである。方法は３施設の総合病院の病棟看護婦を対象にMST（Moral Sensitivity Test）を用いて，調査を行なった。看護婦（士）を施設と経験年数（５年未満群と５年以上群）により分類し，MSTの差をMann-WhitneyのU検定を用いて分析した。調査の結果，価値観や信念に対する認識，医師・同僚の判断への信頼，規則への従順など専門職としての自律に関しては，統計上の有意差が認められた。施設間や経験年数による差が認められなかったのは，人を尊重すること，看護婦に適していないと感じる内省的態度であった。

Characteristics of Moral Sensitivity in Clinical Nurses
-Differences according to Hospitals and Length of Experience-Fumiko

Nurses face various conflicts in the clinical setting with regards to patients,such as telling the truth and informed consent.In order to cope with these situations,it is important to habitually enhance ethical sensitivity.The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of both recognition and coping patterns that nurses have to utilize during the above conflicts.We investigated the moral sensitivity of 191 nurses in three hospitals using the MST (Moral Sensitivity Test).We studied nurses in three hospitals.Within each hospital ,the nurses were divided into 2 groups :those with experience of five years or more,and those with less than five years experience．A comparative analysis was done by the Mann-Whitney U-test,using the scores of the MST.The results indicate that the category of autonomy as a professional nurse (e.g.trusting the doctors'or other nurses'judgement,following rules,and recognizing the sense of values and beliefs)was significantly different according to the institutions and the experience of the nurses.As for the respect for patients and introspection,there was no difference among the groups,and all groups felt themselves unworthy as a nurse.
