地域看護学総合実習プログラムの検討

　本研究は，保健婦活動の基盤である地区活動の展開方法を学ばせることをめざした実習プロプラムの開発を目的とした。実習を選択した４年次生６名の終了後のレポートの分析を行った結果，一地区を担当保健婦に代わり受け持ち，地区内の全世帯への家庭訪問を中心とした地区活動を実践するプログラムは，地区活動が全住民を対象とし予防を目指していることへの学びへとつながっており有効であると考えられた。今後の課題として，ニーズを把握し保健事業を企画実施するというプログラムの構成と，住民生活を支える看護職としての地区把握の視点を精錬するためのプログラムの検討の必要性が示唆された。

Development of the Practical Training Program for Community-based Nursing

　The purpose of this study is the development of a practical training program for learning the methods of community-　based nursing.The trial program,which we performed with 6 students,was as follows.The program was conducted in　a small rural community where,they practiced as public health nurses.The main contents of the program were home　visits for whole families,dialogues with people,interviews with professionals and participation in the public health　service.The situation of the students値earning was clarified from an analysis of their reports.They were classified into　the following categories signifying the components of community-based nursing:1)Counseling,guidance and education　skills 2)Method for assessment of community needs and the intervention strategy in partnership with the community 3)　Method of establishing a collaborative alliance for developing health care resources.In this program,they deepened their　understanding of community-based nursing and recognized that its purpose was for the prevention of illness,injury or　disability and the promotion of health and maintenance of the health of the entire population.This trial program is considered to be effective for understanding the methods of community-based nursing.It is suggested that this program is necessary for any improvement,which involves the execution of a community inspection and the addition of the environmental assessment of the home visit records.
