Peplau の看護論の 「精神生物学的体験」
「心理的課題」 における諸概念の検討

　力動精神医学を取り込んだ Peplau の『人間関係の看護論』は，看護婦のアイデンティティの危機に陥っていた時代に自律的業務としての方法を看護に提示した。しかし，Peplauの看護論は，発達論としての特徴をもつ理論として，臨床・研究において適用は少なく，第�T部「 看護場面の諸局面と役割」，第�W部の＜第12章 観察，コミュニケーション，記録＞の一部分のみ適用されている。
　第�T部の「 看護場面の諸局面と役割」においては，第�U部の「看護場面に影響を及ぼす諸要因」の視点からまず，検討されるものである。また，第�V部の「心理的課題」は患者においては援助する看護の内容を示唆するものである。本稿においては，Peplauの「精神生物学的体験」「心理的課題」における諸概念を検討し，『人間関係の看護論』における位置づけとその意義を明確にするものである。

Examination of Psychobiological Experiences and Psychological Tasks
in Peplaus Theory of Nursing

　　Influenced by dynamic psychiatry, Peplaus book Interpersonal Relations in Nursing presented to the world of nursing a unique way of nursing as autonomous duties during the time in which nurses were experiencing identity crises. In Peplaus theory of nursing, the process of interpersonal relations and personality development are regarded important, whereas the concept of development is briefly and only indirectly mentioned in other theories of nursing such as those of Henderson, King, Rogers, and Orem.
　　Although Peplaus theory is unique in dealing with development, it is rarely applied clinically and in researches except such parts as and .
　　In order to identify situations and roles of nursing scenes, psychobiological experiences and psychological tasks must be first examined, because they are the factors that influence nursing scenes.
　　The aim of this writing is to evaluate the concepts in Interpersonal Relations in Nursing and to clarify their significance through examining concepts of Peplaus psychobiological experiences and psychological tasks.
