市町村の「介護保険利用者モニタリング指標」を構成する
要素の妥当性と信頼性の検討

＜要　旨＞
　モニタリング指標を構成する要素を熟練保健師5名がブレーンストーミングおよびKJ法にて精選し，市町村の介護保険認定調査員に対して要素の重要度・内容妥当性についての調査を行った。この結果を基にして試作した「モニタリング用紙」を介護保険利用者に実施してもらい，その回答を分析した結果，次の4 つの結果を得た。1．「モニタリング指標」を構成する要素の因子構造を確認するために因子分析（主因子法，バリマックス回転）を行った結果，28要素が確認され，構成概念妥当性が確認された。2．各大項目の「モニタリング指標」を構成する要素の信頼性をCronbach’sのα係数を使用し検討した結果，全体で0.79と高い内的整合性が確認できた。3．Spearmanの順位相関係数を用いて，各項目間の関連性について検討した結果，有意な関連性が認められた。4．本研究で新しく「介護保険利用者モニタリング用紙」が作成できた。

Validity and Reliability of the Monitoring Indices in Users of Long-term Care Insurance

　Elements consisted of the monitoring indices were elaborated by five veteran public health nurses using brain-storming and KJ-method. The importance and content validity were surveyed for municipal examiners of the long-term care insurance. According to the results,we tried to make a monitoring sheet and conducted survey for users of the long-term insurance using the sheet. Analysing answers of the monitoring sheets,we had got four findings,as follows; 1.Factor analysis(initial factor method,varimax rotation) was done to confirm factor construct of elements of monitoring indices and identified eight factors with 28 items. Construct validity was supported by the results of factor analysis. 2.Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.79 for internal consistency reliability. 3.Significant correlations were observed between each item using Spearman’s correlation coefficients. 4. We made a new monitoring sheet for users of the long-term insurance.
