1カ月の子どもを育てる母親の育児困難感

要　旨
（目的）生後1 カ月児を育てる母親が感じている育児に対する困難感の実態とそれに影響を与えている要因を明らかにすること。（方法）便宜的抽出法を用い，調査研究協力施設で出産をし，産褥1 カ月健診を受診する母親360 名（有効回収率72.0％）。1 カ月健診受診時に，「子ども総合研究式 育児支援質問紙0 〜 11 カ月児用」を配布し，記入後回収した。（結果）母親の2〜3割は，子育てに対して，自信の無さ，精神的な不調，子どもの扱いにくさを感じている。さらに，夫との関係や家族との関係に対して否定的に捉えていた。母親に不安・抑うつ傾向があると育児困難感を上昇させること，母親の不安・抑うつ傾向には，夫の心身不調，夫・父親・家族機能の問題，Difficult Babyが関係していた。母親の不安・抑うつ傾向には夫の心身不調が関係しているが，夫の心身不調は育児困難感に直接的に影響を与えないことが明らかとなった。

Mothers’ Feelings of Difficulty with Child Rearing of One-month-old Children

　Purpose: To examine mothers’ feelings towards the childrearing of children aged newborn to one month old, and the factors contributing toward those feelings. Method: The postnatal condition of 360 mothers gathered using convenience sampling was examined. A childrearing support questionnaire (JCFRI Child Rearing Support Questionnaire), which measures mothers’ feelings of hardship in childrearing, was administered one month after delivery. Results: 20-30 percent of mothers indicated a loss of maternal confidence, poor mental condition, and felt their child in particular was difficult. When mothers felt anxiety and depression, they felt childrearing was more difficult. Mothers’ anxiety and depression were concerned with their husbands’ physical and mental health and a difficult baby.
