在宅療養者を介護する介護者の日常生活援助における感染対策行動

　介護者の感染対策の実施状況を明らかにするため，研究の同意が得られた介護者を対象に調査を実施した。調査には，対象者の基本属性，手洗い行動，感染対策への意識，インフルエンザワクチン接種状況についてのアンケート用紙を作成した。その結果，153 名の有効回答が得られた。
　結果として，１）おむつ交換後の手洗い実施率は高い（92.9％）。２）しかし，帰宅時の手洗いの実施率は低かった（67.3％）。３）介護開始後に手洗いの指導を受けていない介護者が多い（34.6％）。４）介護者，療養者共に6割以上がインフルエンザワクチンを接種していた。
　これらより，介護者の感染予防行動をより高めていく為に，基本的な感染管理について指導していくことが重要であると考えられた。

Behavior of Infection Control of Caregivers in Support for Daily Life of Home Medical Care

In order to clarify caregivers’ actual behavior and awareness of infection control, a questionnaire wasadministered to caregivers who agreed to this study. The questionnaire consisted of basic attributes, handwashing,and consciousness of infection prevention. 153 valid responses were obtained.
The results were, 1) The rate of hand-washing after changing diapers was high (92.9%). 2) On the otherhand, the rate of hand-washing upon arriving home was low (67.3%). 3) There ware many care workers who had not received instructions on hand-washing after beginning care (34.6%). 4) The influenza inoculation rate of caregivers and patients was 60 percent or more.
According to these results, teaching about fundamental infection control must be important for caregivers’infection prevention behavior.
