自然妊娠妊婦の不安と自己受容性及び対児感情などの縦断的研究
−妊娠初期〜産後 6 ヶ月−

　核家族化や少子社会の進行にともない弟妹に対する母親の育児のモデル （役割） を学習する機会がなく，母性性を育成させる体験がないまま母親になる女性が多く問題がある。このような女性が妊娠し，出産や育児をしていく過程で心身の変化や初めての役割に戸惑い，不安が高まり自己受容性や対児感情が低下し母性性の成熟が遅れることが考えられる。そこで，その変化や関係を明らかにすることを目的に調査をした。自然に妊娠した妊婦 45 名を対象に，妊娠初期・中期・末期と産後 1 週・3 ヶ月・6 ヶ月の進行 （6 時点） にともなう不安や自己受容性及び対児感情更に妊娠に対する受け止めの変化と関係を調査した。結果：不安は妊娠初期が最も高く妊娠中期以降は初期より有意に低下した。自己受容性の，自己信頼と対児感情は妊娠初期より産後の 3 時期ともに有意に上昇した。妊娠や育児期にある現状に対する受け止めは，調査対象者は妊娠初期より産後 6 ヶ月に有意に上昇したが家族は妊娠初期より産後 6 ヶ月に有意に低下した。特性・状態不安は相関を示し不安と自己受容性は負の相関を示した。

A Longitudinal Study on Anxiety, Self-acceptance and Image for Baby
in Naturally Pregnant Women from Early Pregnancy through 6th Month after Birth

　　With the progress of a nuclear family and a society with a fewer children, it seems a severe problem that many women become mothers without studying the childcare model （role） of mothers on brothers and sisters and without having experience of rearing maternity. When those women become pregnant, give birth to a child and make childcare, they probably become bewildered on the changes of body and mind and first role of maternity, inducing increasing anxiety, decreasing self-acceptance and image for baby and retarding the maturation of maternity.
　　Therefore, this study was undertaken to elucidate the changes and relations of maturation of maternity, anxiety, self-acceptance and image for baby.
　　We studied changes and relations in the anxiety, self-acceptance, image for baby and acceptance of pregnancy throughout 6 stages of early, middle and late pregnancy, and 1st week, 3rd month and 6th month after birth on the 42 naturally pregnant women. As a result anxiety was highest at early pregnancy and decreased significantly after middle pregnancy. Self-confidence and image for baby out of self-acceptance increased significantly at 3 stages after birth than early pregnancy. Acceptance of pregnancy and childcare increased significantly at 6th month after birth than early pregnancy in the women surveyed, but it decreased significantly at 6th month after birth than early pregnancy in the family surveyed. Trait and state anxieties showed positive correlation but anxiety and self-acceptance showed negative correlation.
